When will my order arrive?
Shipping takes about sometimes can take up 1-3 weeks or 3-5 weeks. I completely run the brand solo, so please be patient with me.
I placed my order, but have not received tracking information?
Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.
Tracking information states my package as being delivered but I never received it.
Midwest Cowboy does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered. It is on the customer to track their package and make sure they receive it on the day it is expected to deliver. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly.
Return Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective, please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
What shipping method do you use?
USPS
USA - (3 to 5 business days from ship date)
Canada - (10 to 15 business days from ship date)
International - (7 to 20 days from ship date)
DHL Express - International (3 to 10 days from ship date)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. However, it can take longer to be delivered. Additional custom/import/taxes charges maybe assessed by the respective foreign country being ship to.
Sizing?
Everything is true to its size. If you want the longer, bigger look which is popular in present day, we suggest getting a size up.
